“I remember it clearly,” says Shahzad. “Three separate times, I invested heavily in jackets that carried massive price tags and famous labels. And three separate times, they failed the basic standards: the fit was off, the material felt compromised, or the stitching simply didn’t hold up. They were costly, but they were not quality.”

This repeated failure made one thing clear: if a customer with a keen eye for detail couldn’t find a truly perfect, reliable leather jacket, how could emerging apparel brands trust any manufacturer to deliver consistent quality at scale?
