- Data Privacy: Customer information and trade secrets of partners are handled as an Amanah and will never be exploited for secondary gain.

- To maintain the Barakah (blessing) in our work, every member of the Ukleid International team must adhere to these five pillars of conduct:
- Honesty in Communication: Never mislead a client to close a sale. If a delivery is delayed or a product has a limitation, inform the client immediately.
- Excellence (Ihsan): Whatever task you do—whether it is packing a box, writing code, or answering a query—do it with the highest level of proficiency. Allah loves when one of you does a job, they do it perfectly.
- Promptness: We honor our debts and our deadlines. Pay suppliers on time and deliver to customers as promised.
- Respect for All: Treat every colleague, courier, and client with the dignity they deserve, regardless of their position or background.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve disputes with kindness. Do not let an argument escalate; seek a middle ground that preserves the relationship.
